For a lovely and light potato salad version try this: wash potatoes and chop into cubes (not too small) and place in a saucepan of water and simmer until tender, then drain. Meanwhile chop some celery, mushrooms and spring onions. Toss together with potatoes and pour over Ozganics garlic dressing and a little of the Ozganics sweet chilli sauce. Season with salt and pepper and gently fold through. You can serve this one warm or cold.
